Kaleigh was wonderful to work with. She kept me up to date on repairs. Even when I had to take my vehicle back for additional work (by another shop that did mechanical work), they were very accommodating. They did a great job on repairs and an excellent job during the detailing before my car was returned.

Repairs were good but still not complete. We are still waiting for the Yukon decal that was supposed to be here a week ago. Also, communication was terrible and estimated completion was pushed back three times and I had turned in our rental car already based on the communication from Renew. I would not recommend this place in the future.
