Firstly, I was told there would be step by step communication through the process. I received none. I had to call to get a status update. Secondly, I just noticed the paint has an orange peel texture and the bumper to fender gaps don’t match the other side. Bumper also loose on the passenger side which is the side that was repaired

Where to begin? Renew Collision definitely renewed my faith working with body shops. Bryce was super nice very knowledgeable and encouraging about how long repairs would take. Ordered parts on a Wednesday and had them by Friday. He called me, and we arranged for a drop off the following week. When my vehicle was completed I noticed the quality of work was phenomenal, attention to detail was definitely noticed. They even cleaned the interior of my vehicle to the Tee! My vehicle looked amazing, the team did a fantastic job. I’ve been to other body shops in town and this was the first time the customer's vehicle mattered. This company is locally owned and operated which means they take care of the community. When preparing to pay for my deductible they informed me I would receive a military discount to help with my deductible I was ecstatic. More money back in the consumers pocket. If you’re active military, retired, or veteran come and see these guys! If you’re like me attention to detail and cleanliness is always a priority when it comes to our vehicle.
