John at front desk was nice but the other person at front desk lied and walked off while I was talking to her. Took 3 weeks to get my truck back because over looked parts. When I asked about my taillight she told me insurance did not approve it but it was never submitted to insurance company. When I finally got my truck back it had major air leak around the door. Had to take it back up there again to get that fixed. I did not appreciate her lying to me and just walking off as I was talking. What kind of customer service is that.

the staff were very helpful no problems with that however…. after picking my car up someone pointed out to me that my tail and brake lights were not working and I drove it for 3 nights before that was discovered . Very lucky I didn’t get stopped or someone run into me again.

I loved working with Rittig. . The staff was wonderful. They answered my questions. The car seems as I’m driving around to have had a facelift as seems the car was making some noises and is not doing that now. My friends say my car really looks good. The car was detailed inside and they do that also. Wry nice. Thanks!
