My Experience

Let me start by saying, this was my first ever experience with Collision repair. Deer hit my car and completely destroyed the driver side mirror. I reached out to RF Collision and John took care of everything that was needed for the car to back and running. John communicated with the insurance company appraiser and by the time I brought the car to the repair shop preliminary paperwork was all done. Within a very short period he had the approval from the insurance company and in less than a week the car is back with me on the road looking just like before as if nothing happened. I am very pleased with their communication, service and personal approach to the entire process. I would highly recommend John and his team to anyone who needs quality service and work.
