Steering alignment is slightly off. They had to drive it from where I parked when I dropped it off, to the repair bay, and to where they parked before I picked it up. Those two movements were small and they didn't notice that when the steering wheel is straight, the car drifts right now.

I had a specific request to test my remote start that was factory installed since last time, that didn't work when they were finished. They called to tell me it didn't work, I told them how it's supposed to work, two hours later they called again to say it was operator error and my car was ready to go. They listened and kept me updated throughout the process.
