I know Donnie was my adjuster and he did a phenomenal job of keeping me updated on the progress, as well as walking me through the process….but I have to give a huge shoutout to the tech(s) who did the repair. I was devastated when my darling husband backed my 4Runner into the gate post and put a wrinkle in my quarter panel, like just gutted. However, the repair looks better than it did when I bought it and I’ve owned it since it came off the truck. I’ve probably put a hundred miles on it since I picked it up; they fixed my Runner and my broken ♥️.
