Donnie did a great job of explaining what was required for the repairs and the necessary changes. Donnie kept me aware of the status of the repairs thriugh the process. The repairs turned out great and the car was delivered spotless.

The repair of the truck and the service was great. There were problems getting parts from the manufacturer and local dealer, but Donnie kept me informed and kept contact with the dealer and manufacturer. There was some damage that was discovered after the bumper and some other parts and they addressed and got it addressed with the insurance company. The truck looked brand new when I picked it up.
