I'd hesitate because of the prices.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. They did all they could to get my vehicle repaired as soon as possible. The cost seemed high, but the insurance didn't dispute so it must be within reason. Since getting the vehicle back to WI I am having an issue with the adaptable cruise control not working. My I'm sure if I lived in IA they would have looked into it but now I have to go local and will need to pay if anything is wrong from the work done at Richardson Motors.

They did a poor job of communicating the status of this. After leaving the vehicle off, I had to call them to verify they had the vehicle and then a week later I had to call them to verify the repairs were done even though they had been completed several days before.

I was told the day i picked up my kia that the bumper was new and when i got home i took a better look at it and it has a crack on it and one of the conners isnt in at all
