I had an okay experience, thanks to Julian and Yuri. However, due to having been inconvenienced, I would recommend other higher rated shops before Rich’s. I am grateful Rich’s kept their word and fixed my truck properly at the end. I wish it would’ve been on the first time.

Julian has great customer service experience. Unfortunately, the person that replaced the front end of my 2016 GMC Canyon SLE didn’t take their time to replace it properly. The interior of the engine was missing plastic retaining clips and also used old retaining clips that were loose or not even retaining the existing material in place. Also, the front grill (left side) was not properly attached properly and stuck out compared to the front right side. Upon retaking my truck back to them, Carlos mentioned that I had a tendency to keep coming back to Rich’s. This aggravated me and informed him that Rich’s should have done the repair properly so that I didn’t have to come back. I informed him I didn’t appreciate me having to schedule transportation with family, then have to take my personal time to return to have my truck properly fixed. This should have been done the first time.

When I first got to this place, I knew that I would be taking care of I did not know that it was under new management, and under new leadership that being said the process of taking care of my vehicle was the easiest I've ever had to deal with. Unfortunately, we've been in an accident more than once this time. This process was made significantly easier comfortable and meant to suit our needs. And what was easier for us? William was very transparent when it came to talking. Things over community about prices, giving invoices. His staff, Carlos was a very great member to speak with all in all the young lady. In the front was a great customer service. Representative got all of my info. Got me checked in and ready to go. And then obviously the spectacular finish with a brand new looking Pathfinder platinum looks better than it did. When I drove off the lot, I am SATISFIED
