The valence was not straight, my fog lights pointed off fire to the right and left and into the trees. I mentioned about a clunk in the passenger front wheel after my accident and I don't believe it was even looked at because the clunk was still there after I pick my truck up

Personnel was very polite to me and always willing to help, problem was it took 4 weeks of my truck sitting there to actually get my truck in the shop oh, and that was only after I went to my insurance company and complained. Shop manager actually told me it would be another two and a half to three weeks after the four weeks before it was finished

Bokeman has lots of repair work. If you want your vehicle back in a reasonable time frame do not go there.

I was updated on my vehicle as things progressed but the process was slow. Tree calls the first two weeks. Then nothing for the next 5 weeks. The bottom line is they had my vehicle for 8 weeks... And they had so many cars ahead of mine...
