The quality of the repairs was very good, but i had a very poor customer service experience. I also left without my horn operational & was told it was an oversight. Had i been spoken to with kindness & respect (on Jan 28th, 31st & Feb 1st, when i requested arrangements be made for a loaner vehicle on Feb 1st if they weren't able to complete the repairs & my request was shot down & i was left to worry about it over the weekend) that "oversight" would have been believable.
