The service was amazing and the secretary is an absolute gem. She genuinely cares about the customer. There were no loaner cars available so I had to get a rental through my insurance. When I told the secretary I had to return the rental because they were now charging me full price, she got my car bumped up in the service order and shaved week off the completion time. It was done the next day
