I do feel like the communication on the status of my vehicle could have been better. The original time estimate was a week and it ended up being almost 3 weeks (due to approval for additional parts and insurance issues), but I felt like I constantly had To call and check the status vs getting updates on next steps. Each person was very kind and helpful though.

Windshield washer fluid is not pumping.

Windshield washer wand operation has been reversed and messed up! The front is supposed to automatically turn on sprayer and wipe a couple times by pulling BACK on the wand towards the driver once. When I do that now, it sprays the back window. That’s all. I have to manually turn the end of the wand to get the back wiper to wipe the sprayed window. When I push the wand away from myself, the front windshield gets sprayed, not wiped, and the BACK wiper sweeps the back DRY window at the same time! Not good!!
