Things were missed, such as emblems not being put back on my door, my antenna was taken off and not put back on, the antenna was in the door, and the pieces to it in my cup holder along with door clips. Also a scratch was completely missed from the estimate even though it was pointed out. All I have to say is I’m glad I’m not the one that was paying for it

You guys did an amazing job from start to finish with handling the other parties insurance to putting my truck back together. My truck is only a year old and it looks better than it did before the accident.

Alex was incredible as he dealt with the insurance company getting them to respond and pay the invoice. I have already told everyone to take their car to Rickenbaugh if needed. I am very pleased with the work that was done and how clean my car was when it was returned to me. Thank you!

However, I would recommend the Kalamath St Center because neither my parents nor myself had issues in the past.

It took my car being there from 4/3/23-5/11/23. While there, my car had the catalytic converter stolen; then a battery that I had had no previous issues, stopped working, necessitating that I purchase a battery (that Rickenbach purchased for me) and I then had to reimburse to replace it, before taking my car; but, then the part (fender) that was supposed to be fixed and painted, was not painted the right color when I was finally notified pick it up on 5/9/23. The person that I was working with was adamant initially that the paint job was correct and could not get better. After my insistence that it was not, she called the manager (?), he agreed it was not painted the correct color. He promised Rickenbaugh would make it right. The car paint color was corrected and ready for pick-up on the next day, 5/10/23. I picked it up on 5/11/23, and all appears to be okay...but it was raining at time of pick-up, and I will wait to check it out when weather is better. I was provided the rental car until I picked up my car, after having previously returned it. The staff was professional and treated me with respect and understanding.

Door is not properly aligned but I’m assuming that’s what happens when you get hit. Your cars never the same.
