Work wasn't completed by the time they committed to me, which was an important deadline for me, and instead of owning up to it they made excuses for themselves and defended themselves, trying to show how it wasn't their fault. If you can't live up to a commitment, then don't make the commitment.

Service was excellent!! Everyone at the Collision Center was friendly and even more efficient at their job. Parts were expected to come in months and they arrived in about a week. Service was very fast We could not have asked for more!
