Alignment seems off, car pulls to the right. Also it sat for months waiting for a part and oil could have been changed as the indicator says it’s needed. Had to refill air in same tire twice! Not any communication while waiting for months

I would definitely use Rickenbaugh Collision again. They were able to get me in right away for an inspection/evaluation, kept me updated on the status of my repairs, an turned the vehicle around quickly. Repairs all looked good.
