My car was beautiful my biggest concern was no communication. You could call 6 times a day and leave voice messages but not a person, I’m car was there for a month and I got one phone call after Alex from Enterprise called

The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Willow Tanko was such a joy to work with. I was so grateful for her expertise and willingness to give me her opinions and find out any answer I needed. It was stressful and she and others at the shop made it so much easier. I was assisted from beginning to end in numerous ways! The customer service was exceptional. It was an insurance claim and Rae took care of everything with the insurance which was a huge blessing because they were trying to be mean. I also was told by the insurance that I had to take it to specific repair shops, in which the front desk woman told me that was not true. She explained everything to me and was very kind. She made me feel so much better about the whole situation while the insurance company was trying to take advantage of me. I really appreciated the help and guidance through the whole thing.

Willow Tanko was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and professional, but also very friendly and warm. She kept me updated regularly with what was happening on my RAV4 repair. What I had worried would be a complicated experience actually went very smoothly.
