I have never been to Ricks before, and I am so impressed. They were so nice & professional to me, they went above & beyond with the rental too, I would def tell everyone to go there for their car accidents. I was very highly impressed by them!!

Oh, I would recommend Rick’s autobody in a heartbeat. I’ve heard they are the best around in this area and it is true. My car looked wonderful when I picked it up.

I took my car for someone to look at. First I worked with one of ladies in the front and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. She had black curly hair and she was as sweet as can be setting up my file. George came out immediately and went through my car to see all the damage and I asked him if he could also take a Dental out that unfortunately I had done. George was wonderful. He said we’re gonna work on it and can you leave it today? Of course, I said yes. George called with an update that because my car was under a certain amount of mileage. All new parts had to be ordered including a hood so it would be a little longer. I didn’t have to wait much longer possibly at the most a week two week and a half. I got the call from one of the ladies and she said come on over your car is done. I can’t tell you how beautiful my car looked. Your staff is amazing and our experts in what they do I cannot say enough good things about Rick’s auto body. But I will be recommending you in the future. It looks like a brand new car. I want to thank you all for the wonderful service from all of the staff and how beautiful my car works. I can’t thank you all enough.

The customer service was outstanding. Between the girls who set up my file and checked me out when my car was ready to George, who was very helpful and kept me up-to-date. I can’t say enough about their genuine care and understanding of what a person feels like when they come in with their car, looking a mess.

I arrived at ricks for the first time in years and noticed signs everywhere outside the building For appointment only. I went inside spoke with ladies at the desk and they said, yeah, you need to schedule an appointment. As I was about to walk out a guy at the desk helped me out.
