I had found clips broken in my engine compartment. I had to go purchase thru Honda and those plastic clips cost money. My hood was misaligned. I took my vehicle to another auto body shop payed out of pocket to align my hood. I won’t give Ricks a bad review, but trust and believe I will never bring another vehicle to have it repaired there.

I’m not excepting the repair done by Rick’s Not only did they not replace the part with a new replacement they painted the damaged area changing the look from original. I expect you to set up another repair and have it completed with the part that is supposed to be replaced and not at Rick’s I complained to O’Neill agency already

They got it done quickly and it looks absolutely perfect. Could not be happier! I have noticed that my passenger door needs to be shut a little harder than before but I have chalked that up to it being a new seal. If it continues I will reach out to them to see if that is normal or not
