The repair of the damage was excellent. You can't even tell there was any damage. The paint color matched up perfectly. There were two Minor Details that I needed to call to their attention. One was the passengers side mirror. The edge of the mirror was not flush with the frame of the door. The cover plate on the passengers inside door handle was not installed.

Rick’s was the best. From taking the car in, to our appraiser, James M, to customer service Sue, all was first class. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Equally Rob at Enterprise rental was brilliant too.
