Unfortunately, only half of what was supposed to be repaired was actually worked on (scratches on rear bumper was fixed, but not the scratch on the trunk). The gentleman who handed me the car didn’t know about it and told me that the first person I dealt with would be giving me a call at some point. I had already returned my car rental, so I had to leave with my car, or else I would have kept it at the shop.
