unprofessional, left my trunk and car seat filled with sand and dust, windshield wiper pump was damaged

Rick's auto body left my internal car filled with dust and sand from the repairs, the new paint job consists of multiple scratches, this is a brand new car but the windshield wiper pump was broken when I picked it up. I could not pump any windshield fluid. Another autobody took look at it and the windshield pump was torn apart. Not sure when this happened, this is very usual for a new car to have this damange. This was replaced. I will never use Rick's autobody again.

Shop would contact me with update with the car which I appreciate it.I did let?s them know I worked the same hours the shop was open and my husband would be taking care of the bringing and picking up the car.They made it really difficult to have my husband pick the car up.Also,they gave me two hour notice to pick up the car my husband had to lose hours and cancel clients apt to accommodated to the shop which if we were the customer they should have been a understanding and demanding to pick up the car.My husband went for 3 as one of the woman told that?s when the car would be ready to pick up and it still wasn?t ready.The car looked great though.
