The people at Rick's Collision, Cassandra and Dave went above and beyond to accommodate me at the shop. They went out of the way to make me feel welcome and assured that my car was in good hands. I have not been treated this well since before Covid struck. Almost every other place I go for service I leave feeling frustrated due to lack of courtesy, rudeness or no knowledge of what's going on. These people always call you back, follow up with you on what they are doing and the timeline. I felt like they were looking out for me the customer and giving me the best deals possible. I went to three places to get quotes on repairing my car and their price beat everyone elses. Plus their time to repair the car was shorter than the other two places. My car came out looking brand new! I would definitely go back to Rick's Collision and would recommend them for an award for customer service!!! It was a job well done!

Rick's is the best body shop I've ever dealt with. Working with them was so easy and the finished job was perfect. Rick is so concerned with every last detail.David got my estimate done quickly and everything in pace to get me scheduled within a week. Mrs. Rick (I'm sorry I didn't catch her first name) had the final paperwork ready and I was out of there with my "good as new" Outback in the time they originally predicted. They were all a delight to work with and their workmanship could not be better. I won't go anywhere else in the future.
