When I tried to call on a Saturday during open hours, the phone line said the shop was closed so I was unable to get ahold of anyone without going in person.

I have used Rick's for my paint and body repair over the years and they have never disappointed. This time it was my daughter's vehicle that had front-end damage and it was repaired the same day it was brought in! Wow! As always, the repair was done right and the price was great too. I just can't say enough good things about the entire team. Outstanding!

From start to finish i could not have asked for a better experience!!! A wonderful & pleasant staff all the way around & my car looks amazing. It was even washed & cleaned when I got it back. Rick's did a great job negotiating with my insurance to get genuine factory parts used on my car instead of aftermarket, my car has about 28000 miles on it. I appreciate their work to get quality parts used in my repair.

The quality of the repair was spot on, but what amazed me more was the time frame in which my vehicle was repaired. There seemed that no time was wasted ordering parts through completion, so that my auto rental expense was less than I anticipated spending on that end of this process. Very disappointed when having to pay more when paying with my card. Seems as though everyone is trying to escape paying fees on card machines. Everyone doesn’t carry a large amount of for the charges it takes to get vehicles fixed or anything did. It’s the convenience for both customer and business to have a card machine. For use you get your money faster. For you no hassle because you know you’re getting paid. So why charge customers and extra fee when paying with their card. Have a great and wonderful day!
