Thank you all so much for the texting and repairing my 2020 Nissan that I only had for 3 yrs. A great job on the painting, scratch mark and the front from where someone bad into my car while I was inside a store you all keep up good work all of you who had a part in taking care of my Nissan i I’m glad to have her back in my garage . Check in person worked to get me in quickly. Car repairs were completed sooner than originally expected. Apparently part came in quickly. Repairs look good.

Though I had an issue with door locking system. They said come in any time. Came in and they took the car back at once. Turned out a set of keys had been left in a bag in the back seat which they found.

Everyone was nice and the work looks great. The only thing I’d change is it being done faster but I know you have very little control on parts and timing. I will absolutely recommend Rick’s to anyone in the market. Thank you very much!

Loved my experience here! They were quick and the car looked amazing afterward. The whole process was hassle free for me. The only complaint I could think of was that the body shop forgot to replace a little cap peace for my locks and it rattled. But luckily a grey haired gentleman said he'd get the part in for me in 10 days. Wish they didn't miss it during the repair but they're making things right so I cant really complain.

It took two weeks to begin the tear down on my truck. Two weeks I could have been using my truck. The service rep asked me over the phone to describe what I wanted fixed on the warranty repairs. It should only take a week at best to paint and replace a grill and paint a bumper. Rick's is not sensitive to how disruptive it is to people's everyday live to unnecessarily be without their vehicle. This was Rick's second chance, I will not do business there again.
