It took two weeks to begin the tear down on my truck. Two weeks I could have been using my truck. The service rep asked me over the phone to describe what I wanted fixed on the warranty repairs. It should only take a week at best to paint and replace a grill and paint a bumper. Rick's is not sensitive to how disruptive it is to people's everyday live to unnecessarily be without their vehicle. This was Rick's second chance, I will not do business there again.

There is a new gouge in front passenger fender, my inside door handle and panel is nasty, dirty. Someone went on a 26 mile joyride in my car! Someone messed with radio, all the vents inside and had the flasher lights partially set to kill the battery. The tailgate don’t work as good as it use to and when you let it all the way down the bed on left side raises up a little bit.

Someone hit my cousin two weeks ago and I took my car by their house so they could see the new paint job and the repairs made. The only thing… when they called to schedule an appointment for her SUV to be repaired, she was told the only time they could schedule a quote was mid December. 😞
