LITERALLY THEY ARE AMAZING! It looked like I had picked up a new car (tears). Also they are superrr efficient, they said almost about a month and I got it back in about 2 weeks! It was my first time with them so ofc I was skeptical but they definitely proved me wrong. If I ever have to do body work or a paint job again, they are the only ones I will go to (pinky promise). 10/10 experience, because staff and employees were so compassionate and understanding! HIGHLYYY RECOMMENDED!!

My truck was repaired quickly and I was kept informed of when I could expect it to be finished.

Management was super nice and helpful, but having to triple check my vehicle for additional damage, missed work, shotty paint work, and a dirty vehicle with painters tape rolls, trash, and even toothpicks in my truck bed at the 2nd pickup isn't what I would call quality work. I am nervous to keep looking at my vehicle for stuff I missed and have to take it back to het fixed. If I hadn't stopped by on my way home one day this week, I would have to wait longer to get the paint fixed from how I saw it when I was told it was "finished and just waiting for insurance to confirm the work." The final product seems pretty good thus far, but I just feel like a customer shouldn't have to check after the shop to verify the proper work was done to a high standard, at least bringing the vehicle to the same condition before the damage/wreck. I still would bring my vehicle here the next time, but I would just not expect it completed right the first time like I did on this occasion.

The quality is top notch very pleased with the work.The customer service was excellent as well Mr. Chuck was great as well as all the office staff. Made me feel like family and not just another person off the street. Thank you all keep up the great work. Ricks is the best
