Terrible service. Very poor coordination and suboptimal work Lack of attention to our time needs Very indifferent about important items to us. It took many weeks to book and after booking and approvals it took 2 months to complete the job. This is simply unacceptable

I'm amazed at how well the repairs on my Tundra turned out. The contours look factory made. The color match is perfect and form to fit areas line up remarkably well. I'm really pleased with the craftmanship and attention to detail that went into this repair. I highly recommend Rick's Paint and Body.

I'm happy Chuck put my car back the best way he can but the insurance company who was at fault in my claim gave Chuck so many issues and basically screwed me but overall Chuck fixed it and put it back together to im pleased for now..He kept me updated and also called after hours..I will recommend taking my car back to Rick's Paint & Body for work so in all I'm satisfied with the company not satisfied with the insurance company th as t gave Chuck do many ptoblems.
