We had to take in my wifes car to get the side repaired due to an accident that’s happened. We took the car in on the 6th and got it back by the 25th! Through the whole process I received calls and text keeping me updated on where the car was at in the process. They did a wonderful job repairing the car and they were extremely professional and nice.

The workmanship was not what I expected after being recommended by a coworker to allow Rick’s to fix my repairs. It took three attempts to get the repairs completed to my satisfaction which was honestly never achieved. I was just so frustrated after coming to pick my car up for the third time that I just took it “as is” just for this whole ordeal to be over. To add to the frustration, my car was blowing ice cold air from the AC when I initially dropped it off and when I picked my car back up, it only blew room temperature air. They supposedly took it to the back for it to be checked and was told that I was a little low on freon but that they had taken care of it but it is still the same. I would definitely not recommend Rick’s to any of my friends or family. Just glad it’s over.

My vehicle was restored back to the way it was after being rear ended. Mr. Chuck was very helpful and got me back on the road in a timely manner. Staff was also very helpful in making sure I understood what was going on at all times with my vehicle.
