Victoria kept me continually.in the loop.of everything going on and she is by far the best customer service provider that I have experienced in a long time. Excellent customer service but unnecessary delay when the correct part was returned to BMW when a phone call would have likely fix the misunderstanding. Chuck could not have been nicer to work with.

95% satisfied from start to finish but the replaced bumper doesn’t lie flush (small gap). I was given an explanation about insurance companies cutting corners (didn’t quite understand what that meant) but wanted to get home. I took pictures, hopefully there won’t be any problems.

Everyone was very nice to us and knowledgeable about the process so it made it easy on us. We loved the texts updating us on the progress. Our car was repaired a day earlier than expected. Very happy with our experience!
