Customer Service was absolutely top-notch, and the repair is solid and excellent. However, when the exhaust was installed, the front mount for the fuel tank strap was incorrectly placed, leading it to detach and cause quite the noisy spark show on the highway (my dad was behind me and verified). I had to get under the car and correct the install. Simple fix really, but a huge safety risk and a problematic oversight. Had it not been the fuel tank strap, I would have been completely satisfied, as y’all are probably the best autobody shop out there.

I personally feel the quality control should be way better, considering Rick's is certified by Lexus. I spotted many finish issues with repairs that needed addressed, and these took days to address on a comparatively minor repair. I also spotted minor finish issues on the day of pick up that took an hour or so to address.
