Poor communication. Took forever to fix a $4000 bumper. Scheduled me for repairs 5 weeks after estimate. Called me after they had the vehicle for 2 weeks to inform me that they had just ordered parts. I asked why they were just ordering parts 7 weeks after the estimate and 2 weeks after they deprived me use of the vehicle. Their answer? “ We were disassembling. “. 2 weeks to disassemble a bumper? I had to call them for an update after more than 3 weeks, what do you know? They told me they were just about to call me on a Friday afternoon past 2p.m. To tell me my vehicle was ready! How about you call me the day before or the morning of to tell me you expect it to be ready. Do you wait for all the customers to call you to tell them oh wow your car just got finished instead of any sort of reasonable communication or notice of when the vehicle is expected to be ready?

Although it was irritating receiving updates by text messages, my ready date was off by a couple of days. Rick’s did an excellent job repairing my vehicle and I would like to thank them for cleaning the interior of my car. It was supposed to go to the dealership for a detail but I canceled it after my drop off date was changed.
