The girl in the front desk area who checks the car who was about 25 years old old with tattoos was extremely rude in attitude. Not the us usual type of kindness I have received in the past for me or my customers. As usual Murphy was execellent

The repairs were wonderful and Victoria was great to deal with and gave me great information. It was a little frustrating that it took 3 months to get in after the accident and then the van was at Rickās for almost 2 months.

Very satisfied with the quality of the repair and of the person that handled our case (Victoria). We were not happy that we were asked to bring the car in 5 weeks before they even brought the car into the shop. And that parts were not ordered until then. We were without the van for almost 2 months which was very challenging.

There were problems getting a new roof for my car. It took 3 attempts to get a new that was not damaged. Once my car was ready as I drive out I realized they did not repair or replace my windshield! Also there was a nail in my tire that was not there when I took it in. I have called 3 times to get this settled and have yet to be able to talk to an adjuster nor have they returned my call as I was told by the secretary they would do. The staff have been so nice I hate to have this end in such a negative manor.
