It was annoying to have my initial appointment cancelled and rescheduled after I already had to wait 4 months for the appointment. However, this was understandable because of the high volume of hurricane-related repairs they had to do.

I picked up my car 3 weeks ago. I have unpainted metal spots on the inside of my doors at the bottom. My electrical system is not working on the inside of my car. My trunk for some reason has dirt all inside and a mess. I spent 3 hours cleaning paint sprayes on my windows and the inside dash of my car. It was very filthy on the inside. I brought it to you very clean. My headlights are not letting me use the Bright lights. Why would all these things possibly be Wrong???????they were not like that when I brought in???

It was filthy. Very light Paint Spray on inside and outside windows. I drop of Glue on the Door that will NEVER come off. One of Mgrs said it was tree sap. I am 78 yrs old and I have had a lot of experience with glue guns. It was glue. Sap is not that hard. I am upset about that. Along with the places on the inside door frame that had paint chips. My car did not have those when I Brought it there. There was light sprays of paint on my carpet along with Two paint foot steps. On carpet of Drivers side. It took me Hours to get the paint off my inside front windows along with the paint on outside windows. Drivers seat has dirty spots on it I was not able to get clean. I feel all of that should have been cleaned before I picked up car. My trunk was filthy and my bags in trunk were open and went thru. Only thing missing was a pkg of tire lug nuts. I had Two packs one was in my glove compartment and the other was in a black pkg in my trunk. I cannot find that 2 pkg. I really expected my car to be spotless inside and outside.

Chuck kept me informed about every step of the repair process. My car damage was not the result of Helene, but was repaired in a timely manner. I am sure if I need repair work again (but I hope not) I will bring it back to Ricks.
