Great customer service from start to finish. Car looks like new. Nicole was great, she handled my claim, explained the process and kept me informed every step of the way. Rick's arranged for my rental car, and had my car ready when they said they would. Also, when I picked my car up, it had been washed and cleaned inside and out.
