I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rick’s several times, as my car seems to be somewhat of a magnet for misfortune! Every time, the team has done a fantastic job keeping us informed throughout the entire process and working with the insurance company. My car always comes back looking brand new, and the quality of their work truly speaks for itself. I also want to give a special shout-out to Mallory at the front desk. She is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. When I recently dropped my car off, I had my antsy 6-year-old with me and was waiting for Enterprise to arrive because they were running behind. Mallory went above and beyond to make the situation easier. She gave my daughter a clipboard, printed her a coloring sheet, and even let her use some of her highlighters to keep herself entertained. From one mom to another, I really appreciated that extra bit of thoughtfulness. We all know how challenging it can be to handle things like this with your kids in tow, and that small gesture made a big difference. Mallory also took care of our rental return and offered to help transfer everything back into my Subaru. Those little things matter. The front desk is often the first impression a customer gets, and Mallory absolutely gets five stars from me. I’ve also had the opportunity to use my paint warranty from a previous repair, and once again, there were no questions asked — just, “We’ll take care of that for you at no charge.” That kind of service is hard to find. I’ve referred several people to Rick’s for their collision repair needs, and I will continue to do so. Great work, great customer service, and a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience. Five stars all around!

Entire process was fast and handled professionally by entire staff from start to finish. Everyone showed a caring attitude which made it very nice. Murphy Menger was especially superb in his evaluation of vehicle and the explanations of each item and step, and went way overboard to take care of each and every need, even two small and important items that most shops would have brushed aside. He was amazing and I now see the reason everyone I talked to around town said “he’s the guy to see”. Kudos to entire team and especially to Mr. Menger for an experience that exceeded expectations. I asked twice how long the repair would take and was one both times. After one week I called to find the parts for repair hadn’t arrived yet. It cost me an extra weeks car rent. Overall I was very happy with the repairs and understand time frames don’t always go as planned. Thanks for a great job!

What started off great turned into a significant communication breakdown over the last few weeks. I was told multiple times “it’ll be tomorrow or the next day” and it turned into three weeks. I advised several times that I wasn’t in a rush, but I do need to plan my life out to know when to arrange to get the vehicle, return the rental, schedule time out of the office, etc. Mallory was a real asset to get the ball rolling from the start.

Rick’s is simply THE best. I was the claimant. Murphy and his team of professionals worked seamlessly with the insurance company and the rental car company! My Mercedes looks like new. I would never use any other company for bodywork. Rick is respected by insurance companies as well as car owners who need repairs. Rick’s is trusted. What a fantastic experience.
