Ridgeway's Autobody is a small, family-owned business with 3 generations in the automotive industry. Owner Darren Ridgeway has 20 years of experience in the collision industry, owner Tracy Ridgeway has 14 years of experience in the industry as well. Both have extensive experience working with insurance companies, parts vendors, and customers to ensure the best quality product. Our technicians are certified by both I-car as well as our paint manufacturer, PPG and are enrolled in continuing education in order to keep up with the ever-changing automotive trends.

Eduardo did an exceptional job of repairing my BMW after a little fender bender. He kept me updated throughout the repair process and let know of any changes in the timeline for repair as they arose. Overall, an extremely positive experience and most importantly, my car looks great. Tracy and Ed at Ridgeway’s Autobody took excellent care of my car after I was involved in a minor accident. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. They repaired the scratches, ordered all necessary parts, and the car looked amazing once the work was completed. Their communication was outstanding and they handled everything directly with my insurance company, so I had very little to worry about. Even the rental car process was smooth and fully coordinated. Great job, I was involved in a low speed incident, both passenger side doors were damaged and had to be replaced. Doors operate normally and paint matches perfectly. Good communication and timely service. Arranged for rental when I dropped the truck off and left the rental at Ridgeways to be picked up. Good experience all around. Thanks Eduardo
