Ridgeway's Autobody is a small, family-owned business with 3 generations in the automotive industry. Owner Darren Ridgeway has 20 years of experience in the collision industry, owner Tracy Ridgeway has 14 years of experience in the industry as well. Both have extensive experience working with insurance companies, parts vendors, and customers to ensure the best quality product. Our technicians are certified by both I-car as well as our paint manufacturer, PPG and are enrolled in continuing education in order to keep up with the ever-changing automotive trends.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service. Cedric is really communicative about status and updates (calling just the right amount to make sure I knew what was going on, but not so often that it would be too much). He provided thorough explanations of what was happening with the car, in a way that I could understand as a lay person who's not too knowledgable about cars. He is kind and goes out of his way to be accommodating and ensure schedules are clear and work for the customer.

These guys are AMAZING! Not only were the repairs on my car exceptional, they got everything done a week earlier than expected! As an x-wife of a retired auto body mechanic, I learned what to look for regarding good work on auto body repairs. Additionally, never having experienced a deer running into my car, I was skeptical about taking my car to just anybody. Ridgeway was recommended by my insurance company, and they were fairly close, so I took a keep of faith. As it turned out, Ridgeway’s Auto body exceeded all my expectations! I’m so happy with the work they did, how they kept me in the loop every step of the way, their attention to detail, and their over the top customer service! I highly recommend Ridgeway’s! They are the best!
