Everyone was very polite and kept me up to date with repairs. I like how I could see everything itemized, never had that before. The clips started coming off and they were very nice about fixing them. Would definitely come back again.

Good afternoon I've had a really good experience working with Riley Subaru. It took a little longer to get it all completed then I would have liked but it certainly wasn't their fault a part was damaged in shipping. They still got me in and out at a reasonable pace.

Truck was in for the insurance repair of the right rear fender, back bumper and tailgate, as estimated by your body shop. Fender and bumper were repaired. Tailgate was not. I was told to leave it for additional repair or I could bring it back later. As I live in rural Bellevue, this creates a problem getting to the shop and back home again. It also presents a problem in the fact that I'm without a vehicle for two weeks. Because of vacation commitments, it will be the first week in August before I can bring it back in for the repairs that weren't completed.
