At first there was a small problem with the work. There was an area that was not as smooth as it should be. They corrected the problem and was very apologetic but adamant that the work would be to our satisfaction. They fixed it and we were happy with the result.

When dealing with the lady at the office (there's only one) she is the only drawback of dealing with Rising Star Collision. Doug is awesome, but the lady is no good. She is not an asset, but a liability. She doesnt explain anything and looks at you like youre causing her some kind of hardship.
