Was told cat would be ready 2 weeks before it actually was. First time I called I got told it was just getting out of paint but two weeks later I got told the same thing. Broken clips on side skirt on side of repair, and rubber trim on doors. Paint on rear bumper is orange peely. Adjuster was very helpful when dropping car off so he’s a good guy, but broken stuff on my car shouldn’t be one of them

Hood needs adjustment. Owner said to bring it in on 3/28/23 in the morning to get fixed and declined my car because of no time .when he had told me to take in at 8am that day.i had to find a person to drive my husband to the location to time away from him and my husband work...they also installed a scratch shield which is not to my satisfaction it has air bubbles I understand the first time it was placed with a lazer but I expected to look the same.im really disappointed

My car was in for a 5 day repair it was done 12 days later. Work was satisfactory but inconvenience was not. My bill had 21 hour's labor so I wasn't high on there get done list.
