I was only willing to wait 4 months because people told me they were the best around. If the car was perfect, it’d have been worth it. Maybe cars are never perfect again. Next time, I’ll let the insurance company pick the shop.

The car just got a new door skin but it has a scratch at the bottom of the window. The door doesn’t shut as well as it did before and wind noise has increased at highway speeds. I’m not going to bring it back and complain because the door wasn’t flawless before the accident and I’d rather put the whole thing behind me. That said, I’d be unlikely to wait so long for RRA next time.

I was so excited cm that my mazda would finally look pretty b But when I brought my car in for estimate the back.bumper was included...but you said it would.be more money than you quoted ..I thought if it was gonna be.higher you would have called and given me the option of paying the extra and having it fixed.. The rest of car was beautiful. .as always I have always loved your work except now....happy holidays..
