I would highly recommend Riverbend to anyone in need of repairs done to their vehicle. Amanda did a great job explaining any issues or concerns that came about. As well as keeping me updated through the process. Overall very happy with the results once I got my vehicle back.

Was repaired, but the fit and finish was terrible. Color was wrong parts reassembled them properly poor workmanship.

Initial communication was good, but the work result was not great. The fit and finish was not good. The fenders were not rolled properly. The paint did not match and overall the car I received back after the repairs was very different than the car before the accident. It appears that after taking a deeper look at their reviews online that if people that have nice performance vehicles generally have given lower reviews so if you are looking for a good job, I would not recommend they were also unwilling to even try on short notice to resolve the situation and just for making excuses about how it’s impossible to match the color. If this review would allow me to upload pictures I can show you everything I’m talking about. It wasn’t one thing either. It was everything the fender the bumper dust all over the engine after we picked it up. The alignment wasn’t correct. The color was wrong. It was just a bad job all around.

Between Farm Bureau and Riverbend Body shop, it was a very smooth process as a result of a very disappointing situation with the car, my wife just got 3 weeks prior to someone scraping along side it

They are literally 1 mile down the street and this is (unfortunately) the 2nd time I had to use them but i highly recommend them. They are very professional and keep you updated through text messages.
