I loved everything about Rivers Edge Collision, other than I had to be there. The team was terrific. They kept me in the know throughout the entire process. The took care of all the insurance paperwork. And the best part, my car looked brand new after it was returned to me. You would never be able to tell I was in an accident. And then they detailed the inside of my car so well, that the only other time it was that clean is when I bought it brand new.

Interior trim panels reassembled improperly, poor paint job (fish eye, dirt in paint, run marks from too much paint), over sanding in lift-gate opening, grease on headliner.

Very friendly professional service. Blair had my estimate prepared promptly. Gabby, at the reception, was kind enough to organize a rental car for me at the last minute.
