The repair looked great. We dropped off the Jeep the night before the repair but after checking in the next day they had to paint the wheel cover and needed the car an extra day. The repair was great but an inconvenience to be without a car for a day. Also would have been nice it they washed the car after the repair.

I waited 2 months to get in for repairs and 2 weeks to get the repairs when the car was dropped off. There was very little communication during the process (me reaching out to them and never them reaching out to me) - which resulted in an excess rental car fees on my end. When I picked the Explorer the weather striping had not been replaced and was still falling off and the AC indicator dial popped off during detailing and was never found. River's Edge was going to "order parts and let me know when they were in".... I waited 2 months and never heard a work until two days ago (when I received a text letting me know my car had been picked up) and then again today asking for my review. There was also some issues with the matching of the paint and buffing. As I've since sold the car I'm not too worried about it. But I won't likely use River's Edge again in the future or recommend them to anyone else.
