Very disappointed that after your evaluator found a dent in the lower front passenger door that was, indeed the result of the accident, and allegedly reported that on his assessment to my insurance company, and I myself follow this up with the insurance company, that part of the job was not completed. I assume that everything was properly taken care of between UL and the insurance company but disappointing to find that that was not the case. When I picked up the car, the lady indicated that we knew nothing about the door.
