It was the worse experience in an auto body shop. Otto is an uneducated person. He doesn’t know how to speak to customers politely. He is very rude and aggressive . I would never recommend Riverside collision repair to anyone…!!!!!!!

The crew at the Riverside location did an amazing job with my car. Alma in the office did a good job with communicating with me and keeping me in the loop about what was going on with my car and when it will be ready. Everything looked just like new when I picked up my car. Thank you to the team for repairing my car.

I reached out to several places for an estimate on the repair work for my 1997 Chevy Camaro Z28 convertible, but Otto at Riverside Collision Center was the only one willing to take on the job. The other shops refused to work on an older car like mine. Otto provided a quick and accurate estimate, which helped me evaluate the insurance offer from the at-fault driver. The cost of the damage was nearly equal to the car’s totaled value. I handed the car over to Otto along with all the insurance details, and he took it from there. He worked directly with the insurance company to ensure that the car’s value wasn’t undervalued—either by offering a discount on his repair work or negotiating for a higher car value. All I had to do was wait. The repair itself was challenging due to the unavailability of parts for my car, but Otto managed to find the necessary pieces and restore the car’s original shape with minimal patching. The results are excellent, and I’m now back on the road enjoying my car again—just hoping I don’t run into another reckless driver! With Otto I just want to mention Jerry, Monica, Oscar and all other people that i met at the shop. They were all nice to deal with and available to help me for any need.

Paint pealing in areas that were fine before my car was taken in. The technician said that it likely happened when they power washed the car. I expressed my frustration, but was told that they could not do anything about it. It apparently is common with white Hondas. Since it did not have any pealing until after they power washed it, they should have taken responsibility and offered fix it. Very disappointed.

I would NOT recommend this shop! Horrible customer experience. Repairs made are poor quality and vehicle is now is need of additional repairs. Very disappointed in the quality of performance.

The cabinet doors were not put back correctly, there is overspray all over inside the cabinets, all materials from prepping for paint were left in the cabinets and bed of truck. And somehow there was more paint damaged while the truck was in your shop and not repaired. Nobody told me that you only accept cash until we came to get the truck. And somehow after we agreed to the cost it grew about $700.00 without notifying me before you proceeded with the work. Very disappointing after being violated in the first place by having the truck stolen.

The paint on the truck was worse when I got it back than when it was dropped off. Half the locks that were installed don’t work. And two of the cabinet doors were taken off and when they were re installed the rivets did not set and one door is coming off

The truck was there for almost 2 months. When I called about taking it there I was told it would be 2 weeks. When I finally got my truck back I found that there were items damaged and Otto would not accept what I was saying.
