Again, outside of the crack in the windshield we really enjoyed the service Riverside Collision provided. But having a new $1000 repair dumped on us soured the experience.

The repair itself was fantastic, but when we went to pick up the car there was suddenly a new chip & crack in the windshield which grew an additional 12 inches after leaving the lot. When we inquired about it, we were told that the crack had formed that morning on the lot, but that the company wasn't going to take liability for the issue. We were also informed that we'd now have to pay just under $1000 to have our windshield replaced. The pictures taken on the lot prior to repair don't show any chip in the glass and it wasn't noted in any damage report. So we're understandably frustrated that we're now being asked to pay $1000 for damages that occurred while on the company's watch.
