We provide a high quality level of customer communication throughout the repair process, including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. Our shop is compliant with Autowatch, which sends pictures and details of repairs throughout the progress of the repair. The staff was amazing, supportive and communicated with me every step of the way. They took the stress out of needing my car fixed after an accident. They stayed in contact with the insurance company and he rental car agency. They truly go above Ave beyond for their clients. My car looked like new when I got it back from outside to inside they paid attention to every detail. I will never use another shop again.

I was referred to university collision by a friend. My experience was great! They were up front about possible repairs needed and were willing to work with the insurance company and the rental car company while my car was being repaired. They were very helpful with communication about my car repairs and timeline. They ordered the needed parts and got them before I dropped off my car to reduce the time I needed a rental. Car came back in perfect condition. Can’t tell at all it was in an accident! Jordan in the shop knows his stuff. Cassidy in the front is nothing but polite and helpful
