My Experience

Whitlock collision repair exceeded my expectations with every single interaction. Travis took his time with the estimate and explained the various components to me. His estimate wasn’t the highest that I had nor the lowest that I had. But it was the most comprehensive. Whitlock staff communicated with me throughout the entire process. When the staff said they were going to do something they did it. They even cleaned up a few scratches that were not even part of the estimate. During the repair process, I received updates and the car work was done when they said it would be done. And there’s one more thing every single person that I talked with at Whitlock was someone with whom I could be friends. To sum of the experience, Whitlock staff is competent and intelligent. They exercise common sense, they know how to communicate, and they get the job done beautifully.
